We hit it off with Sarah and Trey right from the very first minute. This photo shoot was very meaningful to them, as with it, we captured their relationship marking 10 years ! I’ve seen photos of their high school days, and they were just as adorable! we just love this couple! and look at the incredible backdrop they built together! wow. Enjoy these happy and romantic captures…
Shooting on the Brooklyn Bridge is always a treat for us, and Alexandria and Nick’s Brooklyn session was exactly that. It never gets old to capture the pristine & colossal architecture in New York City and we feel blessed every time we are able to make art there. We will be there this November so email us if you are wanting a pretty little session in our favorite city! and for now enjoy escaping there through these images…Ale
“You may not think that the world needs you, but it does.
For you are unique, like no one that has ever been before, or will come after.
No one can speak with your voice, say your piece, smile your smile, or shine your light.
No one can take your place, for it is yours alone to fill.
If you are not there to shine your light, who knows how many travelers
will lose their way as they try to pass your empty place in darkness”
I just love the way this quote puts things into perspective about each individual. We each carve a mark in the world that is meaningful. After years photographing people, one thing that we enjoy fully each and every time, is capturing the way we see each individual. We capture ONLY the beauty that we see. It is a wonderful act to be able to SEE someone’s beauty and then to also show it to them. Show them the way you see them and not the way they see themselves.
We know we know! we are way behind on all our blogging, so much so that we have a little fall session for you all today but hey my resolution for 2014 was to be more self disciplined about blogging, and so far I think I am doing all right
Emry and Sam were gorgeous in front of our cameras last fall, have a peek!
In the past we used to get super personal here on our blog, but now we strive to keep it simple and clean. A place solely for the eyes and soul to get inspired and transported to a prettier place. If you want to follow our every-day life and get personal, we still invite you to do so on our individual respective Instagram accounts (linked at top of blog home page!). On Instagram we share daily who we are, our life exclusively captured on IPHONE photos, our thoughts, dilemmas and our extraordinary ordinary life.
Erin and Greg are friends of ours and we did a little special session of them a while ago that we are finally getting around to sharing. They are now expecting a little one and we truly could not be happier for them! It means so much that we were able to capture their engagement, wedding and also this fun session to celebrate their love as a married couple Enjoy some eye candy of E&G through the Alabama cotton.
